- Applicants for the DME program must meet the following criteria:
- Registration with Nursing Council – Must be a registered nurse or midwife.
- Certificate in Midwifery or Nursing – Prior completion of a recognized certificate program.
- Valid Practicing License – Currently licensed to practice.
- UNMEB Certificate – Uganda National Examinations Board certification.
- O’Level Certificate and Pass Slip – Proof of secondary school completion.
- Work Experience – Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
