The Diploma in Medical Laboratory Techniques (DMLT) program equips students with advanced knowledge and practical skills in medical laboratory science.
Students are trained to:
- Perform advanced laboratory tests for disease diagnosis 🧫

- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
- Support clinicians in accurate diagnosis and treatment decisions
📝 Entry Requirements
To be admitted to this program, a learner must have:
- Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE):
- Credits in Biology, Chemistry, English, Mathematics, and Physics
- Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE):
- Principal Pass in Biology
- Subsidiaries in Chemistry and/or Physics
- OR passes in relevant science subjects
- Equivalent Qualification:
- Recognized by the relevant accrediting body
